Return and Refund Policy - BrendNiki Studio

As all products at BrendNiki Studio feature our original designs and are made to order via our print-on-demand partner Printful, they are considered custom products.
Non-returnable: Custom printed items cannot be returned for size exchange or change of mind. Please check size charts carefully before ordering. Contact: info@brendnikistudio.com
We accept returns ONLY in these cases:
- Defective print, wrong item, or damaged in transit
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@brendnikistudio.com with photo proof
- We will reprint free of charge or issue full refund to original payment method via Paysera within 10 business days after inspection
EU Right of Withdrawal: According to EU Directive, custom and personalized products made to your order are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal, unless defective or damaged.
Return shipping: If return approved for defective item, we cover return shipping. Customer covers return for non-defective cases (which are not accepted for custom items).
