Thank you for shopping at BrendNiki Studio! All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partners.
Processing Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. This is in addition to the shipping transit time.
Shipping Times Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–20 business days
Please note these are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at gentjana.malasi@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll make it right.
