Thank you for shopping at BrendNiki Studio! All of our products are made to order with our original designs and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner Printful.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days after your order is placed. This is in addition to the shipping transit time.

Shipping Times: Europe: 3–7 business days, United States & Canada: 5–10 business days, Rest of world: 7–20 business days. Estimates only, may vary due to carrier or customs delays.

Tracking: Once shipped, you'll receive confirmation email with tracking number.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes - responsibility of customer.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If damaged or lost, contact us at info@brendnikistudio.com within 7 days of delivery with photo proof. We will reprint or refund via original payment method. I, Gentjana Malasi, am fully responsible for customer support and refunds.
